Kirby McDonald was born and raised in the foothills of the Ozarks in Valley Springs, Arkansas. Growing up in rural Arkansas, Kirby learned the importance of helping your neighbor when they are in need. Whether it was lending a hand when it was time to cut hay or going on a mission trip to rebuild communities after a natural disaster, Kirby was there to provide help in any way he could.
After graduating high school, Kirby moved to Fayetteville and attended the University of Arkansas for undergrad, majoring in political science, before furthering his education by enrolling in the University of Arkansas School of Law. It was in law school that Kirby fell back into his old passion of helping those in need through his clerkship with Jeff Slaton, P.A. At Jeff Slaton, P.A., Kirby was mentored in Personal Injury and Social Security Disability, allowing him to assist in the representation of Arkansans in need of help.
Upon graduating from law school, Kirby accepted a job with a large firm in Little Rock and became a full-time Social Security Disability and Personal Injury attorney. Through this job, Kirby represented hundreds of clients in Personal Injury cases in Arkansas, as well as hundreds more all up and down the Mississippi River Delta in Social Security Disability claims issues.
After practicing in the River Valley of Arkansas for a few years, the hills of the Ozarks started calling Kirby home. In the fall of 2020, Kirby accepted a position at Caddell Reynolds Law Firm to further his passion for helping those in need through Personal Injury and Social Security Disability representation.
Away from work, you can find Kirby spending time with his beautiful wife and their trusty companion, Gunther. All three enjoy canoeing, hiking, and taking in the natural wonders of the Ozarks, as well as cheering the Hogs onto victory.
